Vinyl is a widely use substrate for door and window components. It is susceptible to heat build which can cause these products to warp. CCI’s UV curable coatings minimize this heat build up to protect against this damage while at the same time exhibiting excellent color and gloss retention. Fencing and decking products produced from vinyl are susceptible to scratching and staining, two problems which are also alleviated by these UV curable coatings. CCI offers its coatings in a wide range of standard or custom colors. CCI also offers UV Cure inks used to produce the appearance of a wood grain surface.
